  • Excellent computing skills. We expect team members to have a strong background with common software.  Knowledge of Civil 3D is a huge plus!

What does the education and experience of the right person include?

Education and experience levels vary depending on the position.  For example:

  • Intern. Minimum 2 years completed in a civil engineering program.
  • Engineering Designer. B.S. in Civil Engineering preferred with 0-2 years experience in civil engineering design.
  • Project Engineer.  B.S. in Civil Engineering.  P.E. licensure in Arizona or obtained within 1 year of employment.  3-5 years experience in civil engineering design and project management.

What does Peak's compensation and benefits package include?

Your compensation will depend on your experience.  We offer competitive salaries and quarterly bonuses for all employees.  Bonuses are calculated as a % of gross pay and depend on business success.

Peak offers a full array of benefits for full time employees.  Interns are not eligible for benefits.

  • 8-10 paid holidays each year PLUS the week between Christmas and New Years Day off as additional paid holidays (depending on business performance for the year and client requirements).
  • Paid time off that increases with service time.
  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.  Peak pays 100% of employee monthly premiums and 50% of family premiums.
  • Life Insurance, Short term and Long term disability insurance.  Peak pays 100% of employee monthly premiums.
